Scenic Jigsaw Puzzles - The Copper Canyon

Wednesday June 17, 2009
Jigsaw Puzzles - Copper Canyon MexicoOne of the greatest train rides in the world, and the most spectacular in the western hemisphere, runs through the Copper Canyon area of northern Mexico. This unforgettable rail journey requires 39 bridges and 87 tunnels as it climbs from sea-level to over 2500 meters (over 8,000 ft.) through some of the ruggedest, remotest and most awe-inspiring geography imaginable. This engineering marvel took almost 90 years and 90 million dollars to complete.

Download and solve these free jigsaw puzzles on your computer. Nice three-dimensional graphics and no cluttered dining room table and missing pieces. There's nothing to install and you don't need any special plug-ins, viewers, or software.

Featured Puzzle - Cusarare Falls
Cusarare Falls is a wonderful place to visit when travelling in the Sierra Tarahumara. 'Cusarare' means 'Place of the Eagles' in the native Tarahumari language. This side canyon is part of the larger canyon system known as La Barranca del Cobre (Copper Canyon). Unfortunately, our visit was during the dry season when the volume of water is very low. However, any time of year, it's a beautiful, secluded spot.
