With the coming of the new year, many of us resolve to improve our physical fitness. But, what about our mental fitness? Your brain needs exercise, too, for optimum health and well-being. The importance of keeping your brain well-tuned only increases with age. Solving puzzles is an excellent way to reduce stress, keep your brain active, and provide hours of relaxation and entertainment. Why not resolve to make puzzle solving part of your daily 'mental workout'? Here are a few of my favorite puzzle games to get you started.
