Late-night inspiration is profitable
Four years ago, Robert Havenstein woke in the middle of the night and had an odd inspiration: If people can rent videotapes, why not jigsaw puzzles?
Most people would have turned over and gone back to sleep. But Havenstein started thinking about his childhood, and how his home always had a jigsaw puzzle on the table when family stopped in during the holidays. By morning, he had an idea for how to piece together a new business.
