You got it! Since there are four 4s already in the grid including the 4 in column two, a 4 cannot appear again. That eliminates the 4-1 combination and leaves 2-3 as the only possibility. But which goes where?

Since there is a three in row two we must enter the 3 in row three and the 2 in row two. Now there is only one square remaining in column two. So the bottom center cage will be easy to solve.
